I had a fantastic stay here. The staff was helpful and kind, providing top-level service. They had a deep knowledge of the local culture and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were perfect and well-maintained. I found the cleanliness of the rooms to be really good. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. I can't wait to come back here again soon.

The location of the accommodations at Palazzo delle Pietre is a real advantage. Guests love being in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-designed bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, with a friendly and helpful attitude. Guests also appreciate the delicious breakfast served every morning, which includes a variety of options. the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace adds a special touch to the overall experience.
It would be great if they had more parking options for guests with bikes.

This hotel provided an indulgent stay that exceeded my expectations. the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill my luxurious needs, such as offering a brilliant massage service that left me feeling rejuvenated. the room had exclusive amenities, including a serene steam room and private facilities that added to the lavish experience. the location advantages made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
There was a minor issue with the dinner service that could have been improved. Despite this, the beauty treatment that was offered was exceptional and made up for any shortcomings.
